Couple accused of nailing 3-year-old’s bedroom door shut
On November 21st, Atlanta Police went to the home of Cindy Marie Cantu (24), her boyfriend Kyle Erwin Skinner (23) and their 3-year-old son. Where they would find the lil’ guy in a bedroom with the door nailed shut. WTF? They would have to kick the door in to get access to the boy, who was surrounded by filth, wearing a soiled diaper and suffering from severe rash.
Where were mom and dad you ask?? Mom was at the hospital being treated for the beat down dad had put on her. She was arrested at the hospital. Dad was arrested the next day.
Both Cantu and Skinner face charges of cruelty to children and contributing to the delinquency of minors. In addition, Skinner faces assault and battery charges for pushing Cantu, who is pregnant, to the floor, hitting her several times and sitting on her abdomen.
